3. Payment Terms and Conditions
Payment of Total Dues:
At Booking Time: 25% of the total payment is required at the time of booking.
Full Payment: 75% of the complete balance payment is required one week prior to the event date.
Security Deposit (If Applicable): A security deposit may be required, which will be deposited along with the full payment. The exact security charges will be determined according to the value of the total containers.
Non-Payment of Full Dues: If full payment is not received two weeks prior to the function date, the event booking will automatically be canceled.
Order Changes: Any changes to the order must be informed at least 3 days before the function.
Cancellation Charges:
10% of the total bill will be charged if canceled 3 days before the event.
25% of the total bill will be charged if canceled one day before the event.
100% of the total bill will be charged if canceled on the function date.
4. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. However, we may share your information in the following cases:
Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in delivering our services, such as payment processors, IT support, and marketing agencies. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes specified by us.
Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hanif Rajput Catering Service, our customers, or others.

8. Return/Refund Policy
No refund is applicable for cancellations made within 3 days of the event.
Partial refunds (as per cancellation charges) will be processed within 14 business days.
Any refund will be issued through the original payment method.
9. Shipping Policy
Self-pickup option is available.
If the client opts for self-pickup, they are required to bring their own food containers.
If containers are provided by us, the client must deposit security and rental charges in advance.
Containers must be returned no later than the next day for a refund of the security deposit.
Any breakage or loss of containers/equipment will be borne by the client.
10. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges will apply as per the Terms and Conditions mentioned above.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days.
